Real Estate Education Podcast is all about helping real estate students get tips, strategies, and secrets they'll need to know to pass their real estate class and state exam.By interviewing guests, discussing test questions, and going through specific real estate topics, each listener will walk away with a better understanding of what's needed to pass that pesky real estate class and state exam! Listeners might even get a little motivation to navigate the sometimes-discouraging experience of real estate education.Brian Lee--acclaimed real estate instructor, broker, and appraiser--leads the A-Ha! Podcast. Brian earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate from the greatest college on earth, Indiana University. He regularly uses his 28 years of experience in various areas real estate to raise the level of education for agents.Brian’s knowledge and experience takes him across the globe to train on real estate topics, including appraisal, agency, brokerage, business operations, taxation, contracts, investing, and the dreaded "real estate math".When Brian isn’t busy behind a microphone or in front of an audience, he keeps his wife and children happy with culinary skills and bad dad jokes.

    I PASSED!!! First time for both the national and state exams! All thanks to Brian with the AHA Real Estate Prep Podcast! After my first real estate class I knew I would need additional support. My classes were online and no joke the instructor would be eating breakfast and lunch and mumbling reading the book. Another girl spoke up a few times and she ended up kicking her out of the class. I already spent so many hours I just kept my head down and mouth shut to just have her sign off for my hours. I don’t know how this is even an approved school. I’d like to save someone else from wasting their hard earned money and time. So that’s when I was fortunate enough to find this podcast and I’ve listened to every episode, some multiple times. There was no state prep but I was able to Google as much as I could. Thanks to Brian I am beyond grateful to say I passed!!! I couldn’t have done it without you Brian, thank you thank you thank you!

    Great content, really. But all the chatter before discussing the topic is a lil annoying when your driving and have to keep looking down to skip over the chatter is a lil dangerous and annoying. But overall I’m really pleased with everything outside of this.

    I have been studying by listening to this podcast almost exclusively since December! I took my CA exam today and I passed on the first try! Brian did an excellent job explaining the concepts and although I didn’t know what would happen, I entered the exam room feeling confident that I could do my best, and I did! I took deep breaths, read through the questions and used the process of elimination, trusting my gut when I just wasn’t sure. I’m grateful for this podcast and I’m excited to change my family’s legacy! Thank you for all you do, Brian!!!

    English is my second language and this test has not been easy for me. But I studied and listened to all the episodes of the AHA podcast and I’ved passed with 93% today on my first try. I can not thank you enough Brian!!!

    Highly Recommend!
    This podcast is essential pre licensing study material. This is a great way to familiarize yourself with the concepts utilized in real estate to supplement detailed reading in the textbook. When a new topic came up I was already familiar with the terminology from prior podcasts and other prep material A-ha offers. I tried to use CE Shop but it was more than boring and hard to retain. Brian not only teaches you to identify the right answers to sample questions but the REASON why the other answers are incorrect! This is a essential way of approaching the tests. I highly recommend Brian’s class, he has an impressive roster! I hope you all find this content as useful as I have and good luck to you all!

Quick note from an Englishman…I decided to try and get my license early May, studied my butt off for 10 weeks, using your podcast as my go-to audio, and managed to pass my test first time on Tuesday!     There aren’t enough words to describe how amazing Brian and his podcast, YouTube videos, website videos, test prep materials, flash cards, etc… truly are!! The podcast alone makes a HUGE difference in overall comprehension of Real Estate topics and teaches you HOW to approach the questioning methods used on the RE exam. Truly a blessing to me on my path to becoming an agent. It’s because of Brian I’ve made it through my RE classes.     Incredible Resource - Passed on first time
    This podcast was single-handedly. The reason I passed my exam on the first try. Not only did I hear questions that were very similar, if not the same as in this podcast, but many situations that helped me think through the answers thoroughly, but before choosing an answer, I am beyond grateful for Brian Lee, talking me through how to choose the answers .… even though I didn’t know them all - I knew how to work through them, and that’s more valuable than knowing the information at some points you are amazing, and I am ever grateful for your services. I literally didn’t take any notes do any flashcards, or do anything aside from listen to this podcast, and I had no problem passing in fact, I pass by more than 10 points on each than National and the state forever. Grateful for you!!
